1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging Kgalalelo Package Solutions ("we", "us", "our", registration number 2024/126326/07) for packaging, branding, printing or business support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
We provide custom packaging solutions, branding solutions, printing services and business support services. Specific deliverables, materials, quantities and specifications for each project are confirmed in writing (including by email) before work begins.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All prices are available on quotation and depend on project requirements such as materials, quantities, finishes and timelines. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document, or for 30 days if no period is stated, and are subject to change if project requirements change.
4. Orders, Deposits & Payment
We may require a deposit before commencing production on a confirmed order, with the balance payable on completion or delivery, as agreed in writing for each project. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with your quotation.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided with each quotation. While we work to meet agreed timelines, turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as artwork approval delays, material availability, or courier/delivery schedules.
6. Artwork, Proofs & Intellectual Property
Where you supply your own artwork or branding materials, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. Where we develop original designs, artwork or branding concepts for you, ownership and usage rights will be agreed in writing, typically transferring to you upon full payment unless otherwise stated. You will be asked to approve a proof or design concept before production; production begins only once you have approved the final version, and further changes after approval may incur additional costs.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, specifications and (where applicable) artwork for your project, and for reviewing and approving proofs carefully before production. We are not liable for errors in a design that you have approved.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms, and any applicable refund of deposits, will depend on the stage of production reached at the time of cancellation and will be confirmed as part of your project agreement. Costs already incurred for materials or work completed prior to cancellation may not be refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kgalalelo Package Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection you have under South African consumer protection law.
10. Website Use
This website and its content are provided for general information about our business and services. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
