Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all quotations, orders and services.
1. Agreement
These terms govern all services supplied by Kgalalelo Packaging Solutions (Reg. No. 2024/126326/07). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on the specification supplied and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to quantity, material, finish or deadline may change the price.
3. Artwork and approval
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, text and specifications supplied. Work proceeds only once a written or emailed approval is received, and we are not liable for errors contained in approved artwork.
4. Payment
Orders are confirmed against an approved quote and invoice. Production begins once payment terms have been met as set out on the invoice. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
5. Turnaround and delivery
Timelines are estimates given in good faith and start from artwork approval. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Variance
Minor variations in colour, material and cut are inherent to printing and packaging production and are not regarded as defects.
7. Cancellations and returns
Custom manufactured items cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not returnable unless defective. Report any defect within seven days of delivery.
8. Intellectual property
Clients warrant that they hold the rights to any logos or content supplied. Designs created by us remain our property until fully paid for.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
